In 2020, she was in Pennsylvania as the state secured the White House for Joe Biden and worked to bring the inauguration to Canadian audiences for CTV News from DC. In 2019, she filed stories from Sri Lanka on justice and accountability as the country marked a decade since the end of the civil war for DW News (Germany's international broadcaster).
